Shadtastic made a superb comeback on Friday 10/02/06 with an amazing gig in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. The band played to a full house and after the opening bars of 'Move it', it was obvious that the old Shadtastic magic was back !. The audience were treated to 3 sets of Cliff & the Shadows numbers featuring much of Shadtastic's previous set, although many new numbers have been introduced into the repertoire. John on lead guitar was back on top form with his inimitable style and gave a flawless rendition of many Shadows hits including, Ghost Riders, Man of Mystery, Wonderful Land, Going Home and of course Apache! Vocalist Terry filled the dance floor during the second set with a mixture of Cliff both old & new and gave an outstanding performance throughout. Paul Brown the most recent addition to the band  proved to be a valuable asset on rhythm guitar and the house rocked late into the night. The audience appreciation was brilliant and  a great time was had by all.
